Shipping and Returns Policy

1. Shipping

We ship orders to customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom.

Processing time

Orders are usually processed within [1–3 business days] after payment is received.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery times:

• EU countries: [3–10 business days]

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery location and order size.

Free shipping may be offered for orders above a certain amount, if stated on the website.

Customs & import duties

For UK orders or shipments outside the EU, additional customs duties or taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Order tracking

If tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.

3. Returns & Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have the right to return your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

This follows Consumer Rights Directive (EU Directive 2011/83/EU) and UK distance selling rules.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return:

•         The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.

•         The goods may only be handled to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

•         The Buyer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

•         Products showing signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning (including visible impact marks, paint damage, deformation, or wear resulting from use) may be subject to a reduction in the refund reflecting the diminished value of the goods

•         Where reasonably possible, the goods should be returned in their original packaging.

Return costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• If the return is due to our error, we will cover return costs.

4. Refunds

•  Refunds will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice.

• We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or proof that they have been returned.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Shipping costs are refunded only where required by applicable law.

5. Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

We will offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

6. Non-returnable items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, such as:

• Custom or personalized products

• Digital goods (if applicable)

• Items clearly marked as non-returnable

• Items already used
