Withdrawal Policy (Right of Withdrawal)

1. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you receive your order.

This follows Consumer Rights Directive (EU Directive 2011/83/EU) and UK distance selling regulations.

2. How to exercise your right

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. email).

3. Deadline compliance

You only need to send your withdrawal request before the 14-day period expires.

4. Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract:

• We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs (if applicable)

• Refunds will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice

• We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or proof of return

5. Returning goods

You must send back the goods within 14 days after informing us about your decision.

• You are responsible for return shipping costs

• If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover return costs

7. Condition of returned goods

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom-made or personalized goods

• Digital content if performance has started with your prior consent

• Other legally exempted goods under applicable law
