1. Warranty
We comply with applicable consumer protection laws in the European Union and the United Kingdom.
Products are covered by a statutory conformity guarantee in accordance with applicable EU and UK consumer protection legislation.
This warranty applies to manufacturing defects and non-conformity existing at the time of delivery, including:
• defects in materials or workmanship
• structural or welding defects
• functional defects affecting the intended use of the product
For consumers in the EU, statutory conformity rights generally apply for a minimum of 2 years from delivery, subject to applicable national laws.
2. What constitutes a defect
A product is considered defective if it does not match the agreed specifications or cannot perform its intended function due to a manufacturing or material fault.
Normal wear and tear, or changes resulting from intended use, do not constitute a defect.
For steel targets and similar products, the following are considered normal and expected use:
• impact marks from projectiles
• paint removal, surface scratches, or coating wear
• deformation or surface changes resulting from ballistic impact
• cosmetic changes caused by installation, handling, or exposure
Such changes are not considered lack of conformity.
3. Warranty exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
• damage caused by improper use, misuse, negligence, or failure to follow instructions
• normal wear and tear and cosmetic deterioration from use
• damage resulting from unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations
• damage caused by accidents or external forces unrelated to manufacturing defects
• aesthetic changes resulting from intended product use (including ballistic impact damage for steel targets)
4. Remedies
If a product is found to be non-conforming at the time of delivery, the customer is entitled, in accordance with applicable law, to request:
• repair of the product
• replacement of the product
• a proportionate price reduction
• termination of the contract and refund, where legally justified
The applicable remedy will be determined in accordance with consumer protection laws.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
• we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• we are not liable for loss of profit, business interruption, or other economic losses
• we are not responsible for damage caused by improper or unintended use of the product
• we are not liable for damage resulting from failure to follow provided instructions or safety guidelines
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the purchased product, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
6. Force majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
• natural disasters
• fire, flood, or extreme weather events
• war, terrorism, or civil unrest
• strikes or labour disputes
• governmental actions or restrictions
• transportation or logistics disruptions
• failures of communication or internet services
